+ Added custom font support. (place CustomFont.ttf next to nekomimi.exe)

* Fixed browser and timeline render scale bugs

* Bugfix: Prevent user from pasting clips past the 100 track limit

* Bugfix: Don't allow scrolling viewport past 100 track limit

+ Add ability to scroll vertically while track envelopes are enabled (Hold Left shift key)

* Made certain timeline help hints more clear

* Bugfix: Don't show timeline track number in the effects chain of the mixer view

* Change minimum window resultion from 800x600 to 640x480

* Bugfix: Can't scroll timeline view vertically and switch clip envelopes at the same time anymore.

* Bugfix: Change what scrollwheel does in timeline only when you move the mouse (e.g. prevent scrolling and getting caught on a clip's envelope hitbox)
